I am Jennifer Hirsch, a counselling Chirologer (hand reader).

Chirology, also spelt cheirology, is a science, an art and a craft. I have, over many years of reading hands, come to understand how Palmistry has evolved into a healing modality.

As a tool for self discovery, our hands reveal our emotional orientations, needs and sensitivities, and are accurate indicators of our vocational aptitudes. Our palmar lines, dermatoglyphics, hand shapes, skin textures and gestures, when subjected to codeification and interpretation, show character, temperament, skills, talents or weaknesses.

Chirology is a principled counselling tool and a dialogue therapy, but also, chirology is a touch therapy. With the intention in mind - to hold sacred space - the hands are gently held. In this comforting and intimate environment, healing is administered by calling upon the Highest Good, and by channelling energy and intuitive perceptions through the held hands.

This system of interpretation of the markings of the palmar surface and overall shape and form of hands is a mix of ancient esoteric 5 element Chinese Buddhist hand analysis systems, blended with the old lore of the best of traditional western Palmistry. Chirology is not about prediction. We do not auger future events, but rather focus upon present circumstances.
